Cleaning Oxidized Surfaces
Oxidized surfaces should never be cleaned using high pressure. This can cause striping, uneven cleaning, and damage to the surface. Our Soft Wash non-pressure cleaning process is used to removed Mildew, Algae, and other Organic stains and as little of the oxidation as possible.
As the surface dries after cleaning, and due to this pre-existing condition, oxidized or faded areas may reveal stains underneath weep holes of siding, irregular spotting of the surface and other surface irregularities. While the surface will be clean, we cannot guarantee the final outcome or be responsible for these inconsistencies.
Fertilizer and Battery Acid Stain Removal
Outdoor Extreme Clean is proud to be an Authorized Applicator for the Front 9 restoration system for treating Fertilizer and Battery Acid Rust Stains. The Front 9 restoration product is the only product that I have used and am aware of, that will safely and effectively remove Fertilizer and Battery stains without further damage to the concrete surface.
Using Acid cleaners like Muriatic Acid and others, will not remove these tough rust stains, but will instead cause irreversible damage. Please, only have these stains treated by a professional. When we treat your concrete surfaces for Fertilizer and Battery Acid Stains, the process takes anywhere from 2 – 4 hours. There is a strict process that must be adhered to when using the Front 9 restoration product. We take great pride in restoring your concrete surface and preventing any further damage from happening.
